Boutique EVENTS is a the result of the work of A team of AWARD-WINNING marketing professionals, all with their own AREAS of expertise.

They have the combined experience to curate promotions and events, led by Olivia Weaver Pilip, who guides the projects and manages the collaborators based on each client’s needs.  What sets us apart is that we enlist our curated list of contractors based on the specific project scope and needs. This means every project is efficient and budget-friendly while having a maximum impact on your brand.

Olivia Weaver Pilip, Principal

Born a bossy chatterbox, Olivia has channelled that energy into a career centred around people and ideas. From Toronto to Vancouver to Edmonton, she experienced a plethora of opportunities that eventually led her to the role of Director of Marketing at Edmonton powerhouse Go Auto. In 2012 left the secure corporate world and started Boutique Events, where she could focus on the areas of marketing that most fuelled her passions. Outside of the office, she is a busy single mom to two energetic boys and spends as much time as possible outdoors, hiking in the summer and skiing in the winter. A strong desire to give back to the community has also led to various board and volunteer roles. She is an expert in creating memorable events for clients from start to finish, with a strong focus on brand identity.
